Engagements & pricing

Fixed scope. Fixed fee. Published.

You should not need a sales call to find out whether you can afford senior help. Here is everything I sell, what it costs, what is always included, and what never is.

01 The pricing philosophy

Why the prices are public

Publishing prices is unusual in this industry. The reasons are practical rather than ideological.

  • 01

    Respect for your time

You can decide whether the conversation is worth having before you have it. Nobody discovers a budget mismatch forty minutes into a call.

  • 02

    Qualification

A published price filters for fit better than any form. Founders who book after reading this page arrive ready to work.

  • 03

    Honesty about scoping

What can honestly be fixed-scoped is, and is priced here. What cannot is scoped after a two week recon, priced from facts rather than guessed on a sales call.

02 Four ways to work together

Pick the level of ownership you want

From sharpening your own decisions to handing me the executive seat entirely.

Level 01

Mentoring & coaching

$2,000per month

You execute everything. Four 1-to-1 calls a month plus direct WhatsApp access, so the decisions get made properly and fast.

  • Four calls monthly
  • WhatsApp access
  • Every template I use
Mentoring in detail

Level 02

Fixed builds

$2,000to $5,000, per build

One system, defined scope, defined end. Built, documented, and your team trained on it before I leave it alone.

  • Funnels, dashboards, onboarding
  • Hiring at $5,000 per role
  • 15 to 90 days

Level 03 · Flagship

Fractional CXO

from $2,500per month

I own the function. One to three days a week, your team led, the ninety day arc run properly, then the ongoing work of scaling what it built.

  • Weekly decisions meeting
  • Team leadership and hiring
  • Monthly written report
How the arc runs

Level 04

Embedded executive

$20,000per month, full-time

Full-time, single client. I hold the executive seat completely: your team, your leadership meetings, your board conversations, your problems.

  • Five days a week, one client
  • Full P&L facing ownership
  • Minimum six months
Discuss the seat

For context on level 04: a full-time CMO or COO in the US market runs $200k to $350k a year all in, takes three to six months to find and another six to ramp. The embedded option is the same seniority, available in days, with no recruitment fee and no severance risk.

03 The route

Every engagement, every price

Organised by stage. Most companies arrive needing stage two. You can start anywhere, but each stage assumes the one below it is solid.

Stage 01Recon

Find out what is actually broken

Before anyone spends money on execution, we establish what the numbers say and rank the fixes by what they are worth.

You leave with: a written diagnosis of the stack, funnel, channels and team, and a ranked list of what to fix first.

Discovery callYour challenges, my read on them, a clear next step.

Stage 02Ascent

Fix it, one system at a time

Discrete builds with a defined start and end. Each one ships a working system and the documentation to run it.

You leave with: the system live, SOPs written, and your team trained on it. Not a slide deck.

Stage 03Altitude

Scale it without the chaos

Ongoing ownership. I lead the function, the team executes, and you get one report a month instead of forty decisions a week.

You leave with: a business that grows without the growth breaking it, which is the entire point.

04 The fine print, in large print

Always included. Never included.

In every engagement

  • Written SOPs for every system built
  • Your team trained on each of them
  • A named internal owner per system
  • Full documentation, it is your property
  • A business that holds its shape as it grows

In none of them

  • Ad spend and tool subscriptions, those are yours
  • Me quietly becoming your permanent doer
  • Recommendations without implementation
  • A retainer nobody can explain the value of

05 Money questions

Asked before almost every engagement

Why are these prices lower than US fractional executives charge?

Geography, stated plainly. I am based in Karachi and work globally. A US fractional CMO carrying US costs bills $8k to $15k a month for the same days. My cost base lets me price at my market while operating at the standard my clients' markets expect. That is an arbitrage in your favour, not a signal about the seniority on offer.

The proof is not the price in either direction. It is the record, the published method and the documented systems. Judge on those.

Can I start small?

Yes, deliberately. The $2,000 builds, dashboards and funnel optimisation, exist as entry points: a defined scope, a fixed price, and a working system at the end, so you can judge the standard of work before trusting anything bigger to it. The free discovery call sits in front of everything for the same reason.

What is the difference between the retainer and the full-time option?

Days, depth and exclusivity. The fractional retainer is one to three days a week across a defined function. The embedded executive at $20,000 a month is full-time, single client, and I hold the role properly: your team, your leadership meetings, your board conversations, your problems from Monday morning to Friday evening.

Most companies do not need the second one, and I will say so on the call. It is right when the business is genuinely at executive scale and the alternative is a $250k hire plus recruitment plus a six month ramp.

What exactly is the Founder's Advantage bundle?

The full ninety day arc, productised: strategy, funnel, dashboards, onboarding systems and two hires in one engagement. It is the flagship because it is the whole method applied across the function rather than to one system. Scoped and priced after the discovery call, because its shape depends on what recon finds.

What does the monthly retainer actually include?

Ownership of the function at a weekly cadence: the priorities meeting, work reviewed against the dashboard, team leadership, vendor and budget recommendations, and the monthly written report. What it excludes is me becoming your permanent doer. If a role needs a full-time human, we define and hire it.
