The discovery call · 45 minutes · Read this first
Bring the problem, and the budget.
Forty-five minutes, one to one, with me. The call has no fee, but it is not free consulting. The prices are published, so we can spend the time on your business, and you leave knowing whether I am the right person, which engagement fits and what it costs.
01 Before you book
Who the call is for
My time is the product, so I protect it the way I would protect yours. Booking a time is you confirming everything in the first list is true.
Book the call if
- The business is already making moneyUsually $20K a month or more. Below that, the fees on the engagements page take too large a share of what the business earns to be a sound buy.
- There is a baseline of operations to work withA team, a way of selling, some systems, however messy. I build on what is running; I do not invent it from nothing.
- The published pricing works for youFractional leadership runs from $3,000 a month, after a $5,000 onboarding month. The other levels are on the engagements page.
- You are the person who decidesOr the decision maker is on the call with you. Forty-five minutes of explaining it to someone else later helps nobody.
Not yet if
- You are pre-revenue or just starting outStart with the frameworks. They are built to be used on your own, and they will get you further, faster, than a call will.
- You want a new business built from scratchI take these rarely, and only when there is a long-term partnership in it. Email hello@ahsann.com first and make the case.
- You are hoping for a free audit or a free planThe audit is the onboarding month, and it is paid, because it is where most of the work happens.
- The prices are out of reach right nowThat is fine, and it will not always be true. Come back when they are not.
